Local culinary enthusiast and world-traveler, Mark Gallaga, will slice, dice and spice treasured family chili recipes seasoned with stories from the past during this first-ever cooking demonstration in the Sanguinetti Gardens. Raised by traditional grandparents from New Mexico, Gallaga will share his inspiring life-long journey celebrating the inseparable bond between culture and food—a delicious lesson from history that unites us all.
