The Sanguinetti House Museum is creating the Yuma County Hall of Fame to recognize the pioneers who created the history of Yuma County.
Nominations are welcome from anyone until January 1, 2012. Results will be posted or available 12 February 2012.

The Yuma County Historical Society will hold a silent auction of antique and colletible items during the Yuma Antique Show.
Come browse our tables of interesting items and take something interesting home. All proceeds go to support the Sanguinetti House Museum. Your donations of items are welcome.

Garden Talks and Desert Tours

Garden talks are held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesdays in the museum gardens, 240 Madison Ave., Yuma. Cost is $5 per person; free for members and volunteers.
Sunday desert tours explore areas of historic interest. We travel in caravan (high-clearance vehicles but not 4-wheel drive are required for some trips) with a tour guide leading the way and explaining the history along the route. Cost is $10 per person; free for members and volunteers.
